PLASTIC SIGNS
Ideal for long life signage requirements or for a striking effects, plastic signs fit the bill!
We use either re-cycled plastic in green or black or high density polyethylene which is available in a range of single and multi layer colours.
Both materials are available in 12 or 19mm thicknesses in sheet sizes of 1200 x 2400. Signs produced from plastic have many advantages including the ability to profile cut shapes as well as engrave any image or text. These materials can produce stunning graphic panels and are commonly used in playgrounds where a high degree of durability and bright colours can go hand in hand. Additionally signs made from these plastics have a high degree of adhesion resistance to commonly used aerosol graffiti paints.

DIGITAL PRINTING & VINYL SIGNS
Digitally printed signs allow either full colour reproduction of logos, photos or shaded images and can be laminated to exted life up to 5yrs or with anti-graffiti films. Using hi-performance white vinyl stock the flexible nature of the finished print is ideal to apply to a huge range of surfaces (substrates) like vehicles, curved surfaces, glass, and any ridgid material.
The main difference between digital printing and vinyl signage is that vinyl comes in solid colours. These colours can be combined and overlaid to create effects like shadow lines increasing the versatility of vinyl signs.
Vinyl signage is also the most cost effective way to produce a colourful long lasting (up to 7 yrs) sign. Vinyl is a very flexible material and it can be applied like digital prints directly onto a huge range of surfaces and today is generally replacing signwriting as a preffered medium.

GENERAL ENGRAVING
Using CNC engraving and laser machines we produce a huge range of products in large and small fromat. Our engraving machines can handle sheet sizes up to 3m long whilst our smaller machines can engrave the back of a watch. Engraving is ideally suited to short run products or difficult to machine metals like stainless steel. Engraving is tradditionally used for serial numbering, graduations & scales, non-removable instructions, curved surfaces and small part detailing but like most technologies has moved with the times. We have added laser engraving and cutting to extend our capabilities into acrylics, anodised aluminium, black printing on stainless steel, glass engraving and timber engraving and profiling.
