When Identify was founded during the pandemic, technology disrupted industries globally, and brands grappled to understand the benefits of a business case to support investment into loyalty solutions. We saw a simple need; to combine loyalty technical expertise with commercial and operational insight to provide clients with an independent ‘one-stop shop’ supporting the audit, design and consult on loyalty solutions.
As CX & Loyalty technology rapidly evolved, so did the need for our service and the focus of our loyalty solutions business. Over the past two years, we have evolved with the market, continuously developing the scope and breadth of our services. Throughout this journey, our approach has remained simple; we exist to support travel, hospitality, major sporting teams, and the entertainment industry to transform their loyalty and membership programs. We always strive to do this professionally, dynamically, and collaboratively, supporting the groups and sectors we exist within.
