Design the new default
If an AI workflow requires people to remember a separate tool, copy data manually and then paste the result back into their normal system, adoption will always be fragile.
The strongest implementations meet people inside the flow of work and remove steps rather than adding another destination.
Keep judgement visible
Teams trust systems more when they know what the AI did, what source material it used and when a person is expected to review or override it.
That is especially important in businesses where quality, reputation or regulation matters.
Use champions, not slogans
Early users who can show that the workflow made their day better are more useful than organisation wide AI evangelism.
Spread working patterns from team to team. Adoption compounds when the proof travels with the workflow.
